Your Health and Safety are Our Top Priority
We recognize that this time is filled with uncertainty. While many things are changing, our commitment to your health and safety has not changed.
We want you to continue to feel comfortable when visiting our office and as a result, we have enhanced some of our standard cleaning procedures, following recommendations made by the American Dental Association, CDC and OSHA.
✓ We have hand sanitizer placed in the reception area as well as in other places in the office for you to use as needed. Additionally, there are soaps at sinks in treatment rooms and bathrooms.
✓ We monitor the temperature of patients and staff members daily upon arrival at the office using a digital thermometer.
✓ Continued hygiene and sanitation protocol including thorough and frequent hand-washing procedures in place for all staff.
✓ Complete sterilization of all our instruments with weekly testing by OSHA Review Incorporation.
✓ We disinfect all treatment rooms, hallways, bathrooms, lab, and front reception area with medical-grade, non-toxic cleaning solutions.
✓ We use UV-C light sterilization in all rooms to eliminate airborne and surface pathogens.
✓ All our staff has use of complete personal protection equipment (PPE) such as, N-95 masks, fluid resistant gowns, and face shields.
✓ We’ve installed medical-grade HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air Purifier) machines.
✓ We use an Extraoral Dental Suction System (US Dental max vac-100) to eliminate airborne viruses, bacteria and contaminants.
✓ We have thorough adherence to OSHA Universal Precaution to eliminate infections (which can be found on the US Department of Labor’s OSHA page) and California Dept. of Public Health guidelines to resume deferred and preventative dental care.
Your safety is of utmost concern to us and we are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we have taken to ensure the safety of our patients.
