Vinnie the actor said “Doc, my smile is interfering with my acting gigs.” Unfortunately, Vinnie lost a lot of bone when his teeth were knocked out. The pink area in the photo showed how much bone he had lost.

Vinnie’s remaining bone was moved down (Distraction Procedure) and thickened (Block bone graft). The photo showed that his bone has been moved down. Implants were placed in the new bone and Dr. Thein was able to apply porcelain crowns and veneers to restore Vinnie’s smile.
